Delivery Time: Orders are usually sent out the next day or two after receiving your order. Delivery time will vary depending on where you are located (we are in the Upper Midwest) and how the books are shipped. Sometimes USPS travel time is fast, sometimes it is not. We only ship to locations within the U.S.A.

Shipping: Books are sent by USPS. Because of the widely varying (and, it seems, ever changing!) rates depending on size, shape, weight, location, etc. we have decided to go with shipping charges based on total amount of the order.

Who is ManyTracks Publishing? We (Steve Schmeck and Sue Robishaw) have been living a "green / sustainable" life on our homestead in Michigan's Upper Peninsula for forty years. When Sue was ready to publish her first book in 1996 we went the self-publishing route instead of pursuing a commercial publisher, hence the emergence of ManyTracks Publishing. That was a grand new adventure! And it has continued since. All of our books are written, designed, and laid-out in the alternative energy environment of our homestead.

Our first books were printed conventionally and sold directly by us and various retailers for almost 20 years. We sold many, many books and truly enjoyed the contact with the readers who bought them. Today our books are printed by "Print-On-Demand" technology for the print copies, and digitally as eBooks. This has given us a wider connection to readers and more options for our readers to purchase. The print versions are available directly from us now, or online from CreateSpace or Amazon. The digital eBooks are widely available from your favorite online eBook vendor such as Smashwords, Barnes & Noble, Apple, Amazon, etc.

"The Last Lamp" and "Rosita and Sian Search for a Great Work of Art" are now out of print. Thanks to all the readers who bought those books!
