See Dudley page for information on the mother tree.

2023 - Some nice growth, no sign of fireblight though we had some in the main orchard this year. About 7 feet tall now.

2022 - Recovering nicely, some decent growth. No sign of FB.

2021 - I had thought to remove the seedling but decided to leave it and see if it recovers, looking somewhat better. I pruned off what I could of damaged parts including the central leader.

2020 - Hit with fireblight, badly damaged but alive (mother tree Dudley no fireblight). Bad FB year.

2019 - Growing vigorously, healthy.

2018 - Selected best; transplanted to rough NorthEast Orchard in fall (where all trees will be allowed to grow full size).

2017 - Six grew, healthy.

2016 - Sept. 29 planted several Dudley core chunks in nursery.
